Project Execution: Coordination & Communication: Coordinate all project activities and priorities internally & externally. Manage primarily internal team + contractors, and occasionally vendors or customers. Be the focal point for all project communications, including status, alerts, and project review presentations. Schedule, Staffing, Assumptions & Risks, and Budget: Keep project on schedule, monitor progress, and take actions to mitigate schedule slips. # Monitor project expenses and strive for budget compliance. Team sizes managed: Typically 12-16 engineers and other technical staff, up to 30. Job Requirements The qualified candidate will have Technical background with 10+ years project leadership & management experience. Passion for effectively leading cross-functional project teams toward goals. Track record of successful industrial or consumer product development projects. Excellent people skills for coaching, problem solving, and inspiring creative thinking. Expert with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools. Excellent organization, effective communication skills, and able to run efficient meetings. |
