Broadband Wireless Access Transceivers (BWA)

RF Magic offers a super-het multi-band transceiver chipset that includes multiple VCOs, LNAs and amplifiers on single transmit (RF2000) and receive (RF3000) ICs. The transceiver chipset covers all Fixed Service and Unlicensed bands between 1.8 GHz and 3.8 GHz for WiMax™ and proprietary fixed Broadband Wireless Access modems.

Applications include

• Any "last mile" BWA modem -- IEEE 802.16a, OFDM, OFDMA, SC radios, CDMA, W-CDMA and FHSS
• WLL CPE
• LMDS IF functions

Target bands include:

• MMDS, MDS, ITFS, WCS, UMTS
• ISM 2.4 GHZ
• ETSI 3.4 ~ 3.8GHz
