RF Magic offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits. But generous stock options are the carrot that we use to bring and then keep you here. Living in San Diego
San Diego has it all! We are just minutes away from the best beaches and surf spots in the world. Only a few hours drive to local mountains for ski, snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking. Whatever your lifestyle, you can find it in San Diego. For families, San Diego has well-developed communities with award-winning schools. There are communities by the beaches or enjoy the newly renovated downtown area of San Diego. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of the telecommunication industry and has easy access from the 15, 805 or 5 freeway.

Medical
Employees can select either an HMO or PPO plan. We pay 100% of employee's HMO premium and 50% of dependent’s premium. Employees and RF Magic share the cost for PPO coverage. You are covered the first day of the following month you begin work; there is no waiting period. Our plan also includes vision and chiropractic visits.

Vision
You are covered the first day of the following month you begin work. Services covered include exams, lenses, frames, or contact lenses. RF Magic pays 100% for employees, and shares the cost of coverage for dependents.

Dental
RF Magic covers 100% of employee's premium and 50% of dependent costs. You can choose either in-Network providers with cost savings to you, or utilize an out-of-Network provider at prices you can afford.

Life /AD&D Insurance/LTD
Effective from the day you start, coverage is equal to one times your salary with a maximum coverage of $250,000. AD&D and Long Term Disability Insurance is paid for by RF Magic.

401K Plan
Eligible employees are able to enroll in this voluntary plan on your date of hire. The maximum pre-tax amount you can contribute each year to your 401(k) plan account is determined by the IRS. For 2004, your combined pre-tax contributions made to the RF Magic and any other employer-sponsored plan(s) you participate in during the year cannot exceed $13,000 or up to 20% of your salary on a pre-tax basis. A diversified portfolio of investment options is available in the RF Magic sponsored plan through Principal Financial Group.

Fitness
Take a break and enjoy the health and recreational facilities at no cost to the employee. Our facility has an on-site heated lap pool, tennis court, basketball court, showers and lockers. Hiking trails and the beach are just minutes away.

Paid Time Off
RF Magic offers three weeks of vacation per year, which begin to accrue the day you start working. We also provide five sick days per year so that you don't use your vacation time to get well.

Paid Holidays
We offer 11 paid holidays per year. Of the 11 paid holidays, you have one floating holiday that you select to best meet your needs for time off.

Relocation Assistance
RF Magic will help employees and their families relocate to the finest city in America. We offer pre-view trips, temporary housing, house hunting, moving and storage, rental arrangements, area tours, and school evaluations. We understand and know the challenges you face in relocating.
