ATSC Terrestrial Tuner IC

The US television market is quickly moving broadcasters over to all-digital transmissions. Digital terrestrial signals, conforming to the ATSC standard, are now broadcast in all major US markets. TV and set-top box manufacturers are adding ATSC capable products across their product line-ups. RF Magic’s newest all-silicon tuner, the RF4400, is designed to meet the tough ATSC performance requirements in these new products. Included in the IC are the tracking filter, LNA, mixer, channel filter, and VCO/PLL. The product is ideal for dual-tuner opportunities.
